Our beautiful six-unit residential project was completed by Construction Pascal St-Jacques, a general contractor specializing in residential and rental construction. With 20 years of experience in site management and multi-unit residential construction, Construction Pascal St-Jacques supports clients throughout their turnkey projects, from planning to final delivery.
At Portes et Fenêtres Verdun, we are proud to have contributed to this project completed in Rawdon. The installation includes several contemporary black aluminum and hybrid windows, a matte black steel entry door, as well as various window configurations adapted to the building’s needs.
The basement windows, as well as the façade, bedroom, and kitchen windows, were selected to provide a good balance of aesthetics, energy efficiency, natural light, and safety. Several openings also meet Egress requirements, which call for a sufficiently large opening to allow for safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
The project includes casement windows and sliding windows, double glazing, black frames, and ENERGY STAR certified products. The one- or two-panel casement windows located on the upper part of the façade are designed with a fixed section and an operable sash, depending on their location. The steel entry door with clear glass completes the overall look with a modern and consistent style.
This project in Rawdon demonstrates how performance, durability, and contemporary design can be combined in a multi-unit residential project.
