This stunning residential project, carried out in collaboration with Menuiserie MB, highlights the expertise and craftsmanship of two trusted partners. Founded in 1990 by Mario Blanchard, Menuiserie MB has established itself in Québec as a benchmark in carpentry, cabinetry, and general construction. Renowned for its turnkey service, the company oversees the full coordination of the work, supporting even self-builders through every stage, right up to the finishing touches.
At Portes et Fenêtres Verdun, we share the same values as Menuiserie MB: building strong relationships of trust with our clients, with attentive listening and constant communication to ensure every project is brought to life exactly as envisioned.
For this new residence, we focused on modern, high-performance fenestration:
Contemporary Verdun hybrid windows combine casement windows, sliding windows, and fixed models, with a sleek black aluminum exterior and white PVC interior. Featuring energy-efficient double glazing with Low-E and Argon gas, and Energy Star certification, they deliver optimal performance. Some windows are further enhanced with elegant Georgian grilles, adding a unique architectural touch.
On the doors side, the home is equipped with a steel entry door with transom and sidelight, designed with understated elegance, in white on the inside and black on the outside, fitted with clear Low-E plus Argon glass. Finally, a Standard Bellevue Prestige patio door, black on the exterior and white on the interior, completes the ensemble, providing abundant natural light and energy efficiency through its high-performance glazing.
This project perfectly illustrates the balance between aesthetics, comfort, and durability — the result of a collaboration where every detail matters.
