After-Sales Service Representative

We specialize in the manufacturing, sale, and installation of doors and windows, with several locations throughout the Greater Montreal area and a manufacturing facility located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.

Your Role
The After-Sales Service Representative provides high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries following the sale and installation of their doors and windows. The representative acts as the first point of contact for customers and works closely with the After-Sales Service Coordinator.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests
- Gather the information required to open a service file
- Listen to customer concerns and explain service procedures
- Provide courteous and professional follow-up with customers
- Prepare files and the necessary documentation
- Complete administrative follow-ups requested by the Coordinator
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills (essential)
- Excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Good proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of English to serve English-speaking customers
