Quality control system

We systematically perform two types of inspections: first, during the manufacturing process on the production line, and then again at the end on the finished product, before packaging and delivery. Every detail is measured and detected—each step is closely monitored.

But it’s more than just quality control—we also analyze the results. That means, when issues arise, we work on identifying the root cause in order to improve continuously.

Our dynamic Human Resources department strongly promotes continuous training. In this regard, a structured training plan has been developed, starting from onboarding and including on-the-job training—both for administrative positions and factory roles.

Pay equity and a clear salary structure are firmly in place. The HR team actively supports employee training and career development.
