In these projects completed on Île-des-Sœurs, our team worked on a cluster of homes with similar layouts. The goal was to provide a variety of window solutions for a group of similar houses while respecting each one’s unique architectural character. Every property received a personalized approach, taking into account its orientation, functional needs, and style.
The main challenge was to maintain an overall visual harmony while offering either a contemporary or classic aesthetic. Thanks to our wide range of products, we were able to customize the fenestration while ensuring a cohesive look throughout the entire project.
The new windows selected provide excellent energy efficiency, contributing to optimal thermal insulation and reduced heat loss—key to year-round comfort. These upgrades also directly enhance the value and energy performance of the homes.
Depending on each home’s needs, we installed casement windows for better ventilation, fixed windows to maximize natural light, and architectural windows for a distinctive touch. All were chosen in a commercial brown finish—a warm, understated tone that blends perfectly with the residential environment of Île-des-Sœurs.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver with precision, attention to detail, and adaptability—qualities that have built the reputation of Portes et Fenêtres Verdun, manufacturer of doors and windows.
