Your Main Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting the right products (doors and windows)
• Build trusting relationships and recommend solutions tailored to their projects
• Prepare quotes and ensure thorough follow-up on customer inquiries
• Visit customers at home to assess their needs and take measurements
• Negotiate and close sales professionally
• Provide complete follow-up through installation to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of doors and windows or a related industry is an asset
• Knowledge of permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
• Availability to work Saturdays during peak season on a rotating schedule
• Fluency in French and a good command of English to serve English-speaking customers is an asset
