Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting the right products (doors and windows)
- Build trusting relationships and recommend solutions tailored to their projects
- Prepare quotes and ensure diligent follow-up on requests
- Visit clients at home to assess their needs and take measurements
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Provide full follow-up through installation to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience with strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of doors and windows or a related industry (an asset)
- Familiarity with permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area
- Driven to meet and exceed targets
- Dynamic, autonomous, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license (frequent travel required)
- Availability on Saturdays during peak season (rotating schedule)
