We specialize in the manufacturing, sale, and installation of doors and windows, with several locations throughout the Greater Montreal area and a manufacturing facility located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.

Your Role

Customer Service Coordinator – Installations and After-Sales Service

Your objective: to ensure a positive customer experience, effectively coordinate service interventions, and make sure each file is handled thoroughly and efficiently, from installation planning through the resolution of service requests and final file closure.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.
• Manage and adjust the installation schedule based on priorities, availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Follow up on installation files, rescheduling, and after-sales service requests.
• Act as a liaison between customers, installation teams, and internal departments to facilitate the resolution of issues.
• Validate the information required for installations and manage permits, equipment rentals, and required documentation.
• Process invoices, validate amounts according to contracts, and follow up on final payments.
• Handle service calls and assess requests based on applicable warranties and customer file history.
• Plan service interventions and coordinate appointments at customers’ homes.
• Manage complaints, sensitive situations, and complex cases by identifying appropriate solutions.
• Ensure deadlines are met and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the customer experience.

Required Profile 

• Relevant experience in coordination, customer service, after-sales service, or installation management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to unforeseen situations.
• Solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Diplomacy and professionalism when handling complaints and challenging situations.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of English in order to serve our English-speaking customers.
