Sandblasting gives this textured glass an elegant surface that allows natural colours to penetrate while preserving a high degree of privacy.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT GLASS
Energy-efficient glass has a low emissivity surface which reflects heat radiation. Depending on its position in the glazing, it will keep the heat inside the house or prevent it from entering.

SPACER
Novatech uses the intercept® spacer in its double glazing doorglass. This “warm edge” spacer type, combined with energy-efficient glass and argon gas, reduces condensation on the periphery of the glass in winter.

STEEL DOOR
24 (G) caliber hot-dipped galvanized steel facing.
Injected with rigid polyurethane foam insulation.

PINE FRAME
Magnetic weather-stripping in the front and on the knob side. Compression weather-stripping on the hinge side. Polyflex weather-stripping on the top and sides.

THRESHOLD
Anodized aluminum
