What We Offer

- Day schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Your Role
The Customer Service Clerk acts as a central point of contact between production, logistics, sales representatives, sales offices, and customers. He/She ensures accurate order tracking, coordinates deliveries to job sites and retail locations, and communicates timelines proactively in order to deliver a consistent and professional customer experience while supporting internal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and pickups at job sites in collaboration with production, shipping, and carriers
- Ensure deliveries meet specific job site requirements (dates, access, sequencing, constraints)
- Confirm delivery dates with customers and sales representatives
- Monitor daily production delay reports
- Follow up with production teams to obtain updates on order progress
- Quickly identify potential risks that may impact delivery timelines
- Update information in internal systems
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with customers regarding delays or changes in delivery dates
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, deliveries, order status, and logistics
Profile We Are Looking For
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or a manufacturing environment (a strong asset)
- Knowledge of the construction industry or doors and windows sector (an asset)
- Strong command of French, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with computer tools (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and responsible
