This project highlights the harmony between tradition and innovation. Nestled in a natural and peaceful setting, this residence stands out for its classic, country-style charm — a character we preserved while incorporating modern elements to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.
One of the main goals was to respect the home’s original style while improving functionality and thermal performance. We selected windows that blend seamlessly with the existing architecture and deliver high energy efficiency.
The project features casement windows, known for their ease of use and superior airtightness, as well as a front-facing bow window that adds elegance and offers a beautiful view of the outdoors. We also included several grille-style windows to maintain the rustic, authentic look typical of country homes.
Each product was carefully chosen to combine durability and visual appeal. The frames are built to withstand harsh weather, with a refined finish that enhances the home’s overall character. The result is a warm, light-filled atmosphere that ensures year-round comfort.
This project demonstrates our ability to tailor our solutions to regional and architectural particularities. At Portes et Fenêtres Verdun, manufacturer of doors and windows, we believe classic beauty and modern performance can coexist perfectly.
